Who pays the service fee?
You pay it as the organiser and guests don’t see it: you build it into the ticket price you set. The fee depends on the plan: €0.99, €0.79 or €0.59 per ticket. It also applies to free tickets and invitations.
How do I receive the money for tickets?
You choose how. Either vstupio collects card payments through Stripe on your behalf and pays them out to your connected Stripe account after settlement (minus the ticket fee and Stripe’s fee), or you collect them directly on your own Stripe account and vstupio only charges the ticket fee. You will find the settlement overview and CSV exports in the admin.
What is the difference between paying through vstupio and your own Stripe?
With vstupio, the platform collects the payment on your behalf and pays it out to your connected Stripe account after the event and settlement. With your own Stripe account the money comes straight to you, without waiting for settlement, but you handle the Stripe keys and setup yourself. You set it in the admin and can change it before the next sale.
What if we cancel the event?
You refund guests in the admin and the seats are released. The service fee is not refunded when an event is cancelled, and Stripe’s fee on a refund is borne by the organiser.
Can I also sell outside online payment?
Yes. Create manual sales (cash, bank transfer) and free invitations (from the Organizer plan) in the admin, and the guest receives a ticket with a QR code by email.
Can I draw the venue myself?
Yes, in the editor. With the Agency plan we draw the venue for you once, included; otherwise it costs €39.
When does a higher plan pay off?
Organiser pays off from 95 seats sold a month, Agency from 123. See the exact calculation and example in the price list above.
My event has no ticket sales, e.g. a company party.
Use invitations: create €0 tickets in the admin (from the Organiser plan, up to 200 seats per event) and the guest gets a QR ticket by email. The ticket fee applies here too. For anything else, write to us and we’ll prepare an offer.
