Do I need a new website?
No. You embed the calendar into your existing website, including WordPress, Wix or a custom site.
How do I receive the money from online payments?
Classes and courses: card payments go through Stripe straight to your own Stripe account and vstupio never holds the money (collecting payments through vstupio is in preparation). Event tickets: you choose. Either vstupio collects the payment through Stripe on your behalf and pays it out to your connected Stripe account after settlement, or you collect it directly on your own Stripe account.
How much does it cost?
Classes and courses: Mini €15, Studio €29 and Profi €49 a month, or €0.15 to €0.35 per attendee. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free. Ticket sales for balls and events: from €0 a month plus €0.99 per ticket (the fee is paid by the organiser). All on the Pricing page.
Do I pay a commission on online payments?
No, there is no percentage commission. For classes you pay only the plan and Stripe’s card fee. For tickets you pay a fixed fee per ticket depending on the plan (€0.99 / €0.79 / €0.59), whether vstupio or you collect the payment.
When do I start paying?
After 14 free days. We don’t ask for a card at sign-up.
I already use another booking system. Can I switch?
Yes. We will move your data (for example clients and bookings) from your current system for you. We agree the details individually, just write to us using the form below.
