A weekly schedule with several intervals a day, holidays and exceptions. Busy times are never offered.
No double bookings
Two customers cannot get the same time. A taken slot stops being offered straight away.
Confirmation and reminders
An email with a calendar invite, a link to cancel, and a reminder before the appointment.
Your own questions
Up to 10 questions: allergies, licence plate, description of the fault. You see the answers with the booking.
Approval when you need it
Confirm bookings automatically, or approve each one yourself.

Salons and services use the same plans as classes. The number of people or vehicles (resources) depends on the plan: Mini 1, Studio 5, Profi 15. The number of services is not limited.

Pay per attendee is for you if you prefer no monthly flat fee. The per-attendee price includes every feature of the chosen plan, so it rises with the plan: Mini €0.15, Studio €0.25, Profi €0.35.
How many attendees do you have a month?
An attendee is one person at a session that took place and was not cancelled. Free cancellations are not charged.
- 14 days free, no card, with everything in the chosen plan.
- Prices are final; we are not a VAT payer. We take no commission from online payments.
- Stripe, not vstupio, charges the card fee.
- Change plan or billing model any time; it applies immediately and the price difference is prorated. No lock-in.
- Newsletter and Bot are paid add-ons, available only in the Studio and Profi plans. Newsletter starts at €9 a month (1,000 contacts, up to 4,000 emails a month); raise the number of contacts with a slider in the admin up to 50,000 (€179 a month). Bot costs €15 a month.

How does a customer pick a time?
They choose a service, a person (or “anyone free”) and a free time. A time only appears when the person is working and the time is free.
What if two customers book the same time?
Only the first one goes through. The second is offered another free time.
Can a customer cancel?
Yes, with the link in their email. You set the latest time they can do so for each service.
How does the customer pay?
On site. Online payment and deposits are on the way.
Can I use it for a car service or test drives?
Yes. A resource can be a mechanic, a service bay or a vehicle. You ask for the licence plate or a description of the fault with your own question.
Can I enter a booking myself?
Yes. Enter a phone booking in the admin. You can also move or cancel it.
What does Beta mean?
Bookings work for real, but we are still building more: online payment and deposits, SMS reminders and booking several treatments at once.
How much does it cost?
Mini €15, Studio €29 and Profi €49 a month, or per actual attendee. No commission on your payments.
When do I start paying?
After 14 days free. You do not need a card to sign up.
Do I need a new website?
No. You give customers a link to your booking page (on your website, social media or in an email).
