When a date is full, customers join the waiting list. A freed spot is offered to the next person automatically, including a payment deadline.
Passes
Entry and credit passes. Sell them online or issue them at reception. Entries are deducted automatically when booking.

Pay per attendee is for you if you prefer no monthly flat fee. The per-attendee price includes every feature of the chosen plan, so it rises with the plan: Mini €0.15, Studio €0.25, Profi €0.35.
How many attendees do you have a month?
An attendee is one person at a session that took place and was not cancelled. Free cancellations are not charged.
- 14 days free, no card, with everything in the chosen plan.
- Prices are final; we are not a VAT payer. We take no commission from online payments.
- Stripe, not vstupio, charges the card fee.
- Change plan or billing model any time; it applies immediately and the price difference is prorated. No lock-in.
- Newsletter and Bot are paid add-ons, available only in the Studio and Profi plans. Newsletter starts at €9 a month (1,000 contacts, up to 4,000 emails a month); raise the number of contacts with a slider in the admin up to 50,000 (€179 a month). Bot costs €15 a month.

Do I need a new website?
No. You embed the calendar into your existing website, including WordPress, Wix or a custom site.
How do I receive the money from online payments?
Classes and courses: card payments go through Stripe straight to your own Stripe account and vstupio never holds the money (collecting payments through vstupio is in preparation). Event tickets: you choose. Either vstupio collects the payment through Stripe on your behalf and pays it out to your connected Stripe account after settlement, or you collect it directly on your own Stripe account.
How many users and locations can I have?
Mini: 1 user and 1 location. Studio: 3 users and 2 locations. Profi: 10 users and 5 locations. Need more? Write to us and we will prepare a custom offer.
Who on my team can see what?
The owner sets everything up, including the plan. An editor manages classes and the schedule. Check-in staff see only the attendance screen. The number of users depends on the plan.
Can I sell passes?
Yes, entry-based and credit-based, from the Studio plan. You sell them online or issue them at the front desk. An entry is deducted automatically when someone books.
What if a date is full?
Customers can join the waiting list. When a spot frees up, it is offered to the next person automatically.
How long is the spot held if I do not pay for the booking?
With online card payment the booking holds the spot for 35 minutes from creation (the payment page stays open for 31 minutes). If the payment is not completed in time, the booking is cancelled automatically and the spot is released for others; the customer is not charged and can simply book again.
Can I use my own domain or the WordPress plugin?
Yes, on the Profi plan. You can also embed the calendar in your site without them, with a single snippet of code.
Can a customer cancel a booking?
Yes, from their customer account. Cancellation availability and deadlines follow the rules you set.
Does the calendar work in other languages?
Yes. The interface, emails and event descriptions are available in Slovak, Czech and English. You can also preset the language in a link or when embedding.
Do I pay a commission on online payments?
No, there is no percentage commission. For classes you pay only the plan and Stripe’s card fee. For tickets you pay a fixed fee per ticket depending on the plan (€0.99 / €0.79 / €0.59), whether vstupio or you collect the payment.
What counts as an “attendee”?
One person at one session that took place and was not cancelled. A booking for three people is three attendees. Free cancellations are not charged; no-shows are.
What if I have few attendees in a month?
Per-attendee billing charges only for the real count. A flat fee costs the same in a slow month. The system shows which is cheaper, and the calculator on the price list works it out in advance.
Can I change plan or billing model?
Yes, any time. The change applies immediately; the price difference is prorated. You can cancel at the end of the period, with no lock-in.
Can I share my calendar with another studio?
Yes, from the Studio plan. Selected classes appear in the partner studio's calendar, while bookings and payments stay with you.
I already use another booking system. Can I switch?
Yes. We will move your data (for example clients and bookings) from your current system for you. We agree the details individually, just write to us using the form below.
